Our Best Price Guarantee only applies if you get a better price at another website within 24 hours of your confirmed reservation and at least 72 hours before arrival.
To prove that you have seen a better price at another website, and in the case the offer you have seen is no longer available online, you will have to send some information such as:

The email booking confirmation with all the details

The other reservation made or price seen at another website must be the same arrival and departure dates and for the same persons and ages
The other reservation made or price seen at another website must be the same conditions in terms of cancellation and payment policies
In which cases the best price guarantee does not apply?
Special prices offered on membership programs o fidelity programs from the other website
RReservations or claims send within 72 hours of the arrival date to the hotel
Opaque sites or auctions or special programs on websites that the hotel is unknown before booking
Websites that offer packages combining the hotel with other services such as transfer, flights, car rentals, excursions, etc.
Websites that require to be a member or to login before being able to see any offer.
Any package rate that includes any type of taxes, service charge and/or meal costs, coupons, or any other service or accessories.
Where any discounted rate has been negotiated or agreed by Gran Isla Hotels (or any of its properties) with a third party or where the rate is not publicly available. These include, but are not limited to group rates, corporate rates, rates granted to conference and event organizers, and employees of Gran Isla Hotels.
Monetary fluctuations: we will convert any lower rate into a different currency in the same currency as the rate offered on our website, using the exchange rate determined by us at our sole discretion. If, after conversion to the same currency, there is a difference of 2% or less between the competitive rate and the Gran Isla Hotels rate, then that competitive rate will not be eligible for the best price promise. Exchange rate fluctuations are beyond our control.
Taxes, tips and incidental fees: our best rate promise only applies to the room rate for the duration of the reservation and does not apply to taxes, fees or fees imposed by any governmental or regulatory authority. Tips, additional guest expenses, food and beverage charges, resort fees and any other charges or charges (including credit card transaction fees) that you may incur during the reservation or during your stay as well They are excluded when comparing our rate with any other rate for the purposes of our best price promise.
How to send a request for our Best Price Guarantee?
Your request must be sent through our online contact form or email, within 24 hours of the receipt of your reservation confirmation. In order for us to verify the validity of the claim, the lowest rate you trust must be available for reservation at the time of claim verification.
If your claim is valid, our reservation center will send you an email confirming the details of it, including the new rate applicable to your reservation.
Gran Isla Hotels reserves the right to modify or interrupt the promise of a better rate in the case of not being able to verify the data of the rate object of the claim.
