What time is check in / check out?
Check in is available from 2 p.m for the Plaza santa Ponsa Boutique Hotel, The Jutlandia and Plazamar family resorts are from 3 p.m check out is before 11 a.m. Late check out is available on request and subject to availability.
Is luggage storage available?
Luggage storage is available at no cost
Is there a hairdryer, Iron and Ironing board?
There is a hairdryer in each room and Irons and Ironing boards can be requested from reception
How far are you from Palma Airport?
Santa Ponsa is approximately 30 minutes away by car. the public bus the A11 takes approximately 50 minutes
Do you have pool towels?
Yes, Pool towels are available free of charge
Is there car parking available?
There is plenty of car parking on the street around the hotels, there is also a free public car park within a short walking distance.
